Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All items are delivered within 10 business days from the date of shipment. As your delivery date nears, the shipper will contact you to coordinate a seamless drop-off.

After successfully placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it’s missing, please check your spam folder. Still no luck? Contact us at support@go2float.com, and we’ll confirm your order for you.
My Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet. What’s Happening?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If it’s been longer than 3 business days, please email your order details to support@go2float.com —we’ll look into it for you.
My Order Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Inspect and Document – Check the item as soon as it arrives and take clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
- Contact Us Promptly – Email us at support@go2float.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
- We’ll Handle the Rest – Since every order is fully insured, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
